We offer Accept, Identify, Move (AIM) Curriculum Training in-home!

This training combines the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach with behaviour principles. Through the use of metaphors, mindful meditation and experiential exercises, the clinician and client practice skills in the 6 core areas of ACT to help develop flexible thinking and enable each client to live a value-focused life, amid the daily struggles we all encounter:

 Present Moment

 Self-as-context

 Values

 Cognitive Defusion

 Committed Action

 Acceptance
